That’s right, just a week into season and we'll have Time Trials! This mock meet is set up exactly like a real swim meet to get a benchmark for season. It’s important for everyone on the team to take it seriously because the times will determine relay assignments, individual event placement and if a swimmer will be on Varsity for some/all of their events. High Schoolers Swim Big at Club Meets

Men’s Team Takes on Newton & Waukee in Double Dual
The High School Men's team has their first meet on Thursday (11/29) after almost three full weeks of practice. They'll be facing the Newton Cardinals and the Waukee Warriors in a double dual at home. The meet starts at 5:30PM and costs $5 for admission. [Read More] READ MORE

Rails Dominate Scarlets
The HS women's team dominated East on Tuesday (10/9) with a 118-52 victory. The girls came ready to race and they held their season times in all events. That's quite an achievement since taper season had just begun. Taper involves longer, tougher practices and wearing drag (extra suits, tights and shorts) while swimming those practices.
