Minge Song, Head Coach

Coach Song started at Lincoln High School as a Varsity swimmer from 2007 to 2010. She wrapped up her swim career as a multiple state qualifier, 2nd All-Time in the 100 Fly (just .14 from the record) and remains in the top 5 as part of the Medley Relay. Minge joined the Rails as Head Coach in 2022 for women’s and men’s swimming. She assisted with club coaching since graduating. Currently, Minge  teaches Elementary Special Education at ADM’s Elementary School.

Tereca Weber, Assistant Coach & Dive Coach

Coach Weber became the assistant coach of the Girl’s Swim Team in 2005, after swimming for the Lincoln team from 2000-2004. She took top 6 honors at the State Meet her senior season and currently holds the school record in the 50 freestyle. In 2008, she also began working with the divers and became a men’s assistant coach. Tereca graduated from Drake University in 2008 with a major in public relations and minors in marketing and politics. Tereca currently works in freelance marketing, communication and web design.

Maggie Rae, Assistant Coach

Coach Rae swam for her Kansas high school all four years and made top 8 each year. She went to Lincoln College in Illinois and swam for two years there. Her freshman year, she was the National Champion in the 500 and mile, and All-American in the 400 IM. Her sophomore year, she was All-American for the 500, mile and 400 IM. After college, she moved back to Kansas and coached for the Parsons Club Team for six years. She moved to Des Moines a few years ago and joined the Rails swim staff in 2022.
