Girls Celebrate a Great Season at Banquet

The Rails Girls Swim & Dive celebrated their 2023 season on Wednesday, Nov. 29th. From breathtaking dives to lightning-fast swims, the team showcased their talent and camaraderie and determination. It was a great year!

Team Spirit Takes Center Stage

Team spirit was at an all-time high as athletes cheered each other on, fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and mutual support. The girls’ friendship extends beyond the pool, creating a tight-knit community that celebrates victories, offers encouragement and ultimately is the strong foundation for the team’s success.

Growth in Skills

One of the best parts of every season is watching the athletes see improvement in their times and skills. This season was no exception. The divers executed gravity-defying twists and turns, with several new divers giving the sport a try. While swimmers sliced through the water with speed and precision, having worked the small skills that set personal best records. The team welcomed a group of talented newcomers. They’ll help shape the future of Rails Swimming! The blend of experience and youth helped make our team a strong competitor in the conference.

The end result was two relays to state, two individual swim events and one diver all qualifying to state!
