Conference Meet Sign-Up – 13 & 14

Please complete the online sign-up form for the upcoming club meet. This form is for the 13-14 age-group. Three simple steps and your child is ready to swim!

1. Complete the form. If multiple children will be swimming, please submit a separate form for each child.
2. Check up to three events. You child can swim a maximum of three individual events.
3. Hit Submit.

Remember the coaches will assign relays once your child is registered. You are only signing-up for individual events. If you sign-up for three individual events, your child can only be in one relay. Signing-up for two individual events does not guarantee that your child will be in two relays.

Note: It is important to use your child’s age on 12/31/12. This is the age-group they will be in for the entire season, including the conference meet. If your child turns 15 in January, they should continue to swim in this age-group for the rest of the season.
